Returning Unwanted/Faulty/Damaged Goods
Item bought online/over the phone
If when receiving an item, you discover it is damaged or, it develops a
fault, then please contact us on 07788 106064 0r email [email protected] . You will have the option to have it
replaced, or a refund. A refund will only be offered within a 30-day
period and as long as the product has not been misused. If we can’t
replace the item like for like then you get a full refund.
When placing an order either over the phone or online you are entitled
to a 14 day ‘cooling-off period’. This allows you to send back the item
to us for a full refund*. The item must be unused and returned it is
original, unopened box for this to apply.

If the item is bought online or from us at an exhibition and is damaged then you are entitled to either a replacement, refund
A refund will only be offered within a 30-day period and as long as the
product has not been misused. After this time the manufactures warranty
will cover any repairs that need doing.
If you change your mind after buying an item on our website or at an
exhibition unfortunately we do not offer a refund, however you will be
able to exchange the item for something else or have a credit note for
the same value as the item being returned, as long as the item is unused
and returned it is original, unopened box.
